Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Project Management
    • Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Client Onboarding
    • Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
    • Provide training and support to clients on our systems and CRM
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on campaign performance and results
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client experience and business growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Proven track record of client success and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media advertising a plus
