Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verafin. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers to provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key customers across multiple departments, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Verafin product suite and navigate cross-functionally to map customer needs to product solutions.
  • Create and deliver success plans to drive added value and customer retention.
  • Communicate and promote key initiatives to customers to ensure thorough product adoption and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer application usage and improve overall customer experience.
  • Conduct customer interviews and follow up on feedback to better understand customer needs.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical service issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and business growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce and GainSight to track customer communications and projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • A passion for communicating with customers and uncovering problems they may be experiencing.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization, including c-suite, decision makers, and users.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools.
