Position Overview:
Are you prepared to be a driving force in reshaping the delivery of digital solutions and services in large accounts in Canada, including Government, Healthcare, and Education sectors. As a Client Manager, you'll be at the forefront of account management, client relationship development, and advancing the adoption of Xerox digital print excellence.
Key functions of this role:
Client Printer Fleet Management
Maintain and manage client printer install base, new equipment additions, including location openings or status changes.
Client Install Base Inventory Management
Manage lease expiries and end-of-service at the account level, coordinating with internal and external teams, including reviewing the approach with the Field Client Manager.
Opportunity management and Customer-Facing Quarterly Business Reviews: Regularly review opportunities at least one quarter in advance and develop and deliver operational elements of the business review with stakeholders and clients.
Printer Fleet Value Enhancement: Elevate the value of the printer fleet through Managed Print Services (MPS), Xerox applications and services to improve client digital enablement for business benefit.
Procurement Process Optimization and Implementation: Understand various buying processes to position for print fleet retention and growth, and oversee the implementation process through to installation, including backlog management.

Champion Sales Activities: Be the driving force behind prospecting, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that revolutionize how our clients operate.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and growth.
