Verafin is an innovative software firm dedicated to providing advanced solutions for fraud detection and money laundering to financial institutions throughout North America. Our ongoing expansion and success have created an opportunity for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to enhance our operations.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a consultative partner to Verafin clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying new adoption opportunities, understanding client priorities, and developing success strategies to align our efforts with shared objectives. You will also serve as an internal advocate for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with key clients across various departments, acting as their main point of contact Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Verafin product offerings and navigate cross-departmentally to align client needs with product solutions Develop and present success strategies based on opportunities for enhanced value Communicate and advocate key initiatives to clients to ensure thorough product utilization and promote retention Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the application of our solutions Conduct interviews with clients and follow up on feedback to better understand their requirements Manage client feedback and address escalations effectively Stay informed about client projects and monitor the resolution of critical service challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams (e.g., partnering with the Sales team during the renewal process) Utilize Salesforce and GainSight to manage client communications and project tracking

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Over 5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management A strong passion for engaging with clients and uncovering potential issues they may face Ability to interact with multiple levels within a client's organization (executives, decision-makers, end-users) Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools
