Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
