Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our gas station.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
