Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Assign Duties: Allocate tasks and responsibilities to employees, ensuring that all areas of the gas station are covered.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit and train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with employees, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Oil and gas industry.
