About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Assign Tasks and Duties: Assign tasks and duties to staff members based on their skills and abilities, and ensure that they have the necessary training and support to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Manage Work Schedules: Manage work schedules, including creating and adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring that staff members are working effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
