- Assign Duties: Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Establish Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise during operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff members' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook.
Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
