Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Assign Sales Workers: Allocate tasks and duties to sales workers to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit and train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Oil and gas industry.
