Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Assign Tasks and Duties: Assign tasks and duties to staff members based on their skills and abilities, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that staff members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff members are meeting their performance goals and to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
CIRCLE K GAS STATION is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires strong communication and leadership skills. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be working in a non-smoking environment and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
