About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Holloway Lodging Limited Partnership - Super 8 Fort Nelson. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective procedures for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Plan and Coordinate Activities: Work closely with housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Safety Standards: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff by adhering to local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Work with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Maintain Inventory: Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have everything we need to provide excellent service.
  • Coordinate Laundry Services: Ensure that our in-house laundry services are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Schedule and Assign Duties: Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
