Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations and Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
