Hotel Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
* Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions
* Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe
* Enforce policies and procedures, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
* Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands

**Requirements**

* Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
