- **Experience Needed:** We are seeking an individual with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of the hotel's housekeeping department.
- Coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage maintenance and repair services to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assign duties to housekeeping staff to ensure fair distribution of workload and maximize productivity.
- Ensure adherence to health and sanitation regulations to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a clean environment.
