Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our housekeeping department.
Lead and Manage Housekeeping StaffSupervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Maintain Safety and Quality StandardsEnsure that all housekeeping staff adhere to our safety and quality standards, including the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Coordinate Maintenance and Repair ServicesCoordinate with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock levels to meet the needs of our housekeeping department.
Coordinate Laundry ServicesCoordinate the in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and available for use.
Schedule and Assign DutiesSchedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety RegulationsEnsure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and safety regulations.
Respond to Guest ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints or concerns regarding our housekeeping services.
