Starting Compensation: $24-26 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an essential member of the LDAR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily field compliance for the LDAR program and safety initiatives
- Acting as the MAQS representative for clients in the capacity of LDAR field manager
- Ensuring quality and continual improvement of the LDAR program
- Managing field compliance and safety protocols
- Upholding integrity and professionalism in all duties
- Fostering a positive team environment
- Communicating any program deficiencies and proposing improvements
- Reporting non-conforming work and leading safety meetings
- Conducting safety assessments and quality checks as per established schedules
- Ensuring comprehensive Job Safety Analysis is completed and reviewed
- Managing the use of required PPE and assisting field personnel
- Overseeing daily personnel assignments and monitoring routes
- Conducting calibration and compliance assessments of monitoring instruments
- Performing field assessments to ensure technician safety and compliance
- Reviewing monitoring data daily to ensure adherence to regulations
- Providing updates and reports to management and clients as needed
- Documenting all findings and ensuring accuracy in inventory management
- Participating in training sessions for career development and safety
- Upholding confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Performing additional duties as assigned by project managers
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with LDAR database software and related hardware
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
- Capability to work at heights and pass a fit test for respirators
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card is required
