Starting Compensation: $24-26 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a key member of the LDAR team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:

  • Overseeing daily field compliance for the LDAR and safety programs.
  • Acting as the MAQS representative for clients in the capacity of LDAR field manager.
  • Ensuring quality and continuous improvement of the LDAR program in the field.
  • Upholding field compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Conducting all duties with integrity, safety, and professionalism.
  • Fostering a positive team environment.
  • Communicating program deficiencies and potential improvements.
  • Reporting non-conforming work.
  • Leading daily safety meetings and weekly toolbox talks.
  • Conducting safety and quality assessments as per established schedules.
  • Ensuring comprehensive Job Safety Analysis is completed and reviewed.
  • Managing personnel compliance with site procedures.
  • Overseeing the use of required PPE and equipment.
  • Managing daily personnel assignments on-site.
  • Preparing monitoring routes for personnel.
  • Documenting calibration and performance tests of monitoring instruments.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable rules and regulations.
  • Performing field assessments to ensure technician safety and compliance.
  • Reviewing daily monitoring data for compliance.
  • Managing leak repairs and deadlines.
  • Providing updates and reports to management.
  • Documenting and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Conducting logistics for transporting technicians to job sites.
  • Assisting in cost estimation and scope development for projects.
  • Participating in training for career development and safety.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by project managers.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with LDAR database software and related hardware.
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests.
  • Capability to work at heights and climb ladders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card is required.
