Position Overview

As an Operations Manager at Hitech Bay Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficiency of our business operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our organizational policies and programs are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate material, human, and financial resources to align with organizational goals.
  • Department Leadership: Authorize and organize the creation of major departments, along with appointing senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Facilitate the collaboration of various regions, divisions, or departments to achieve unified objectives.
  • Policy Development: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve necessary policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers and directors, delegating the necessary authority to create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in MS Office is required to effectively manage operations.

Work Environment
