Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise daily staffing levels to drive efficiency and control labor costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit service and quality on a regular basis to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive repeat business.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Employee Development: Support and implement training programs to develop skills and improve morale.
  • Performance Management: Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures and maintain staffing levels consistent with established guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, or quality assurance.
  • Current certifications as needed.
