About the Role

GHD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and refinement of our global product portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction and roadmap for our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer research, market research, competitive analysis, and emerging market trends to inform product strategy
  • Work with Marketing to define target markets, market positioning, market sizing, value proposition, and differentiation
  • Develop and maintain product strategy to guide overall product direction and investments
  • Collaborate with UX to provide product guidance based on customer inputs, industry best practices, and internal resources
  • Manage the full product life cycle, from inception to first customer shipment
  • Be the voice of the market within the company and a brand ambassador externally
  • Provide input to senior management on potential acquisition decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead product development from inception to first customer shipment
  • Strong executive presence, with a reputation for unquestioned integrity
  • Able to clearly articulate complex concepts in a concrete way
  • Experience with SaaS, user interface, wireless technology, and mobile apps
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Experience with Agile development environments and SAFe or Shape Up planning approaches
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or software development (or a relative combination of education and experience)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
