About the Role

Guidewire is seeking a seasoned Senior/Principal Outbound Platform Product Manager to lead the development of our outbound marketing platform. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class product that meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with Guidewire's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Drive product roadmap development, prioritization, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents, product backlogs, and other product artifacts.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop sales strategies and materials that showcase the value of our outbound marketing platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on outbound marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present clearly and persuasively to customers, partners, colleagues, and senior executives.
  • Strong experience in creating visual narratives and marketing content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for customer success and delivering high-quality products.
