GHD is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and refinement of our product portfolio for the global Products and Platforms division.
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, and product development processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the overall direction and roadmap for the product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct customer research, market research, competitive analysis, and analyze emerging market trends to inform product strategy.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product strategy to guide overall product direction and investments, and create a rolling 3-year product roadmap.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers, prospects, and partners to understand their challenges and create detailed use cases and opportunity reports.
- Product Development: Manage the full product life cycle, including product development, testing, and launch.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally in municipal or government procurement, and SaaS and platform solutions.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with CRM tools, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Credentials: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or software development, and ideally a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation.
