Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct production operations and manage the operations team
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance production strategies
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to safety and food safety regulations
  • Design and implement standardized processes and training programs
  • Supervise facility enhancements and maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Manufacturing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety
  • Experience in managing large-scale production operations
  • Proven ability to inspire change and lead teams
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
