Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Reporting team at Compass Group North America. As a key member of our digital product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of performance reporting tools that deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for reporting tools, aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, design, engineering, and user research, to deliver high-impact products that meet business requirements.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing feature development and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate product releases and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management and analytics, with a proven track record of building reporting and dashboards that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
