Position Overview
The Lead Project Manager is tasked with overseeing and enhancing the performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for designated projects that are more extensive in scope, value, and complexity, often involving larger teams than typically managed by a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure a positive experience that encourages future collaboration.
- Oversee projects that frequently involve multiple subcontracts and may encompass various elements of an integrated delivery methodology.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of seven years of proven Project Management experience.
- A collaborative individual capable of leading and managing extensive teams, including subcontractors.
- Demonstrated success in the role of Project Manager.
- An intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction.
- Completion of at least 8 hours of leadership or supervisory training annually.
