Role Overview: As a key player in our organization, you will lead our financial performance management initiatives, ensuring that we meet our objectives in the Health & Welfare and Defined Benefit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the US sales team, driving performance to meet established targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Health & Welfare and Defined Benefit markets.
  • Utilize advanced sales methodologies to guide the team in achieving revenue goals.
  • Forecast and project annual and quarterly revenue, setting personal and team quotas aligned with sales objectives.
  • Identify and target key market segments, ensuring alignment with our strategic plans.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel development teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including competition and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture a professional network through industry events and associations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to assess performance and progress towards targets.
  • Ensure adherence to established sales processes and technologies, fostering a collaborative team environment.
