Project Engineering Manager

We are actively seeking multiple positions for a Project Engineering Manager across various departments. Opportunities are available in our Land Development and Municipal sectors. Embark on a rewarding career path with Accoravillage.
Your responsibilities will vary by department, but generally, you will oversee the planning, design, and approval of municipal infrastructure initiatives, including: roads, storm and sanitary sewer systems, watermain, and stormwater management solutions. Typical tasks may include: conducting environmental assessments, performing servicing and feasibility studies, analyzing water distribution and sewage collection, conceptual and preliminary design, utility coordination, final design and drawing completion, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, contract administration, and collaboration with other engineering disciplines and sub-consultants.
The Project Engineering Manager will also provide technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and assist leadership with business development efforts.
Key Position Requirements:- P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Strong design and project management capabilities
- Experience with Municipal Class EA Planning processes
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable legislation, guidelines, and standards
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team coordination
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in business development is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
