**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales channels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership
* Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
