We are a reputable law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Support Specialist. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and other stakeholders
    • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
