Our client, a highly respected multi-service law firm in downtown Ottawa, is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to support their growing practice.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, supporting transactions, and managing day-to-day practice tasks.

What You Bring
To excel in this role, you will possess 3+ years of experience supporting a corporate commercial practice in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in the entire MS Office Suite of products and various legal software. A legal administration or law clerk diploma from an accredited institution is also required.
