About the Role

The successful candidate will be involved in drafting legal documents, supporting on transactions, and day-to-day practice management tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate commercial law and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will possess 3+ years' experience supporting a corporate commercial practice in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in the entire MS Office Suite of products and various legal software. You will have successfully obtained a legal administration or law clerk diploma through an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Supporting on transactions, including due diligence and closing
  • Assisting with day-to-day practice management tasks, including filing and record-keeping
