Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Environmental Services division in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales initiatives within the market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Lead a Team of Sales Representatives**: Foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving collective goals and surpassing expectations within the Environmental Services division.
  • **Cultivate Key Accounts**: Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and cross-functional collaboration with a diverse portfolio of key accounts.
  • **Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders**: Ensure seamless service delivery and elevate customer satisfaction by working closely with marketing and product development teams.
  • **Oversee the Sales Process**: Consistently meet or surpass predefined sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • **Conduct Account Evaluations**: Analyze sales data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize performance and enhance client experiences.
  • **Stay Abreast of Industry Dynamics**: Remain up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes within the Portable Toilets sector to identify new business prospects.

**Requirements**

  • **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated proficiency in sales, ideally within the Waste Management and Environmental Services industry.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team productivity and achieve revenue targets.
  • **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
