Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and resolving their issues.
  • Develop and maintain a positive client experience by understanding and responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate client service requirements and ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Provide account and fund information, issue resolution, trade details, and review/signoff of reports and special projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on IFDS' services, products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English/French with both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services frontline.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented environment with strong client focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Ability to work in an environment with flexible schedules and high volumes.

Working Conditions

Employee working hours consist of various shifts, with hours of operation from 8:00 am-8:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
