Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Vancity Labour Supply Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Coordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Resource Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
