Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

S G INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into warehouse performance and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including establishing work schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
