About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in the Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Ottawa territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the electrical and automation industry.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Market Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
    • Use market knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
