Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
