Key Responsibilities- Determine Menu Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our café and bistro. This includes determining the type of services to be offered, managing inventory, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Staff ManagementConduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Marketing and PromotionParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that our café and bistro are promoted effectively to attract new customers.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Transportation and TravelOwn vehicle.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
