Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
- Operations Planning: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.
