About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
