Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fancy Fork Café & Bistro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Administrative and Record-Keeping
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
