About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Control: Manage cash handling and inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
