Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Cash Handling and Inventory: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as organize and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring strong attention to detail.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
