Store Manager

At NAPA Auto Parts, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store budgets, and promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service and Sales Growth: Work closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Culture and Team Management: Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and collaboration, and lead the recruitment, training, and motivation of your team members.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets and take proactive steps to improve financial results.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in the B2B industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position with financial responsibility.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent work experience in business administration.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
