Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HOTEL VICTORIA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
