Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The Motor World Auto's Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and greet visitors.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
