Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant - Operations Support with CB Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the operations team, handling tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients.
  • Assist with the processing and handling of shipments, including tracking and tracing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reports and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
