About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at the Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of reception, administrative, and Health Unit Aide support duties, including data entry, preparing presentations, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with medical and surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material, and perform tasks such as weighing and measuring babies, and calibrating equipment.
Requirements
  • A current supervised 5-minute typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or greater, completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • An Office Assistant Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • A resume and a cover letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
