Administrative Services Assistant Opportunity

Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Assistant to join their team. This permanent part-time position offers a unique blend of administrative and healthcare support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of reception, administrative, and Health Unit Aide support duties, including data entry, preparing presentations, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and clean medical/surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material.
  • Provide administrative support, including typing correspondence, arranging meetings, and record management.
Requirements:
  • A current supervised 5-minute Typing Test with a speed of 40 wpm or greater, completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • An Office Assistant Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • A Resume and Cover Letter stating availability to start in a new position.
